What this program does...
The hemodialysis program at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton provides over 75,000 hemodialysis treatments annually. Outpatient hemodialysis occurs at our four locations: Charlton Campus, King Campus, 6 Nations at White Pines Wellness Centre, and Brantford General Hospital.
How this program helps...
Each SJHH Hemodialysis Unit provides specialized nephrology multidisciplinary services for patients through access to a primary Nephrologist, Primary Care Nurse (PCN), Registered Nurses, Vascular Access Nurses, Dialysis Technologists, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and diabetes educators.
