Service Interruption: Rogers Communications nationwide service outage (Friday, July 8)
St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton is one of the many organizations impacted by the ongoing Rogers Communications nationwide service outage today.
Ambulatory care at St. Joe's three campuses, Charlton, West 5th and King campus are not impacted. Patients can proceed to scheduled appointments unless contacted and advised otherwise by their care team.
If you have a virtual appointment scheduled today, please note that your appointment may be rescheduled. Due to the outage affecting phone lines, St. Joe's staff cannot connect with individual patients to notify them of the changes to their appointment.

- Brant Assertive Community Treatment Team (Brant ACTT)
